At Incotech, we design and manufacture bespoke dynamometers and gearbox testing machines engineered to measure critical performance parameters such as speed, torque, power, force, pressure, temperature, and vibration. Custom-Built for Every Application

Our dynamometers and gearbox testing machines can be configured with a range of motor technologies, including DC, AC, and servo drives, selected to match the required speed, torque, and control characteristics. We have successfully delivered systems with output speeds up to 70,000 rpm and power capabilities exceeding 150 kW, ensuring accurate and repeatable testing across a wide performance envelope.

Intelligent Control & Data Acquisition

All test systems are integrated with advanced data acquisition and control platforms. Using National Instruments hardware in conjunction with LabVIEW software, we provide real-time monitoring, automated test sequencing, and detailed reporting.
For high-volume production environments, we can also implement VMC-based data acquisition systems, providing seamless integration with customer quality control networks.

Efficient, Regenerative Load Testing

Incotech dynamometers offer multiple methods of applying load to the device under test, depending on the specification. Our preferred approach is regenerative loading, where energy recovered from the driven system is recycled back into the supply, dramatically reducing electrical consumption and operating costs. This not only improves energy efficiency but also provides stable and controllable load conditions for consistent test results.

End-of-Line and Development Testing

Whether used for end-of-line validation of gearboxes, motors, or drive systems, or as part of R&D and product development, Incotech dynamometers deliver precise control, robust performance, and full data traceability. Pass/fail criteria can be embedded directly within the test cycle to ensure immediate quality feedback and process optimisation.
