OUR APPROACH
We at Incotech pride ourselves on our quality. Each part of the design, build and commissioning process has its own checks to ensure the quality of the final product is to specification.
DESIGN
Mechanical design is completed using Solidworks with stress and flow analysis if required. Electrical design is carried out in house.
PROGRAMMING
Completed in house with either PLC or National Instruments (NiDaq) Labview software.
ASSEMBLY
Completed in house, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, wiring and fitting.
COMMISSIONING
Many projects require significant commissioning. We ensure our test or assembly machine meets the end user requirements.
