The challenge was to create a safe, efficient, and repeatable test environment capable of handling large vessels under high-pressure conditions, while providing clear operator control and reliable data monitoring.

Incotech delivered a fully automated test facility engineered for precision and operator safety:

  • Dual Test Enclosures – Two large test chambers, each equipped with door interlocks to ensure safe operation during pressurisation.

  • Automated Test Sequence – Once the cylinder is connected, the system automatically fills and pressurises the tank to defined parameters.

  • Real-Time MonitoringPressure sensors continuously track pressure levels over time to confirm product performance.

  • PLC Control System – Centralised control via a PLC provides consistent, accurate automation.

  • HMI Operator Interface – A remote-mounted HMI screen offers simple operation, real-time feedback, and system status visibility.
