Intelligent Load Testing

One of our core strengths lies in dynamic gearbox load testing. Using a motor-driven input to simulate the engine, and one or more regenerative output drives to represent wheel load, we can apply full system torque and power within a closed-loop environment.

This regenerative approach allows energy to be recycled through the system, dramatically reducing power consumption — for example, testing a 50kW gearbox using only around 10kW of grid power. It’s a highly efficient, sustainable method that delivers accurate, repeatable results under full-load conditions.
